LiveChat

Pull chats from LiveChat's Agent API v3.6. Group structure carries over: in Belter, each LiveChat group becomes a brand, and any agent we see for the first time is auto-created so your reports don't gap on the new joiner.

  1. 1Open Settings · Integrations and pick LiveChat.
  2. 2Paste your License ID, Account ID and Personal Access Token.
  3. 3Run the import wizard, or flip on the 15-minute scheduled sync.
  4. 4Belter scores every closed chat against your rubric — no further config required.

Chatwoot

Self-hosted or cloud. Belter calls the Chatwoot API against your instance URL, accepts an account-scoped API token, and pulls inboxes across web chat, email, social and messaging. Optionally restrict to one inbox during onboarding.

  1. 1Generate an API token from your Chatwoot profile.
  2. 2Provide your instance URL (e.g. chat.aurora.io) and account ID.
  3. 3(Optional) limit to a specific inbox while you test.
  4. 4Run the import. Scheduled sync picks up new conversations on the cadence you choose.
